Do you offer drive in drive out service (turnkey)?

Our core business is body work and this is all we do in house, business policy “do one thing and do it well” however we do have a talented pool of trades people and out workers that can capably take care of most the things you may require, so as part of our service we have provided project management on several jobs.

When can you start?

Our lead in time can vary but as an approximate guide we have a three month lead in time (from time of booking) on small jobs (100 hours or less) and a eight to twelve month lead in time on larger jobs (100 hours or more).

How long will it take?

If your vehicle has a ten hour labour content we will need it in our workshop for approximately twenty business hours. if your vehicle has a two hundred hour labour content we will need it in our workshop for approximately four hundred hours (ten weeks) please note these are estimated times and can vary depending on your expectation, part supply, outwork, degree of difficulty etc., however we are committed to finishing your project and guarantee steady progress. It is important to note that with the nature of vehicle restoration unforeseen repair work is commonly uncovered during seemingly straight forward repairs.

Are you a part supplier?

Because we work on many different models we don’t have regular suppliers or special buying rates and find that many vehicle owners are already well educated as to where to find parts for their particular vehicle. However, for those of you that prefer a drive in drive out service we are prepared to source your parts for you, this service only applies to vehicles we are working on.

What are the costs involved?

Pricing can only be done on a case by case and requires consultation to establish your particular wants and needs, some jobs we can estimate accurately but when it comes to the unforeseen it can be almost impossible unless we allow for every case scenario which isn’t practical. We would prefer our project not to be publicised, is this possible? We are happy to respect your privacy so just let us know if you would like your project separated from our marketing and advertising.

We don’t live in New Zealand, can you still manage our project?

We already do work for clients all around the country and it is common for some of them to be overseas for long periods, we have also dealt with permanent off shore customers and have great systems in place to make this run smoothly.
